The southern parcel of the enterprise zone land at Northfleet Embankment East is on the market to developers and investors.
This is an important milestone on the road towards delivering much-needed commercial space on this key enterprise zone site.
Comprising around 4.11 acres (1.66ha), the outline planning consent for this brownfield site envisages it providing business accommodation including a serviced innovation business hub/centre and various sized workshop units. The land is currently owned by Homes England and is part of a wider mixed use development on Northfleet Embankment.
The northern parcel of Northfleet Embankment East is occupied by Berkeley Modular whose factory and office scheme for manufacture of modular housing units is currently under construction. On land to the east of this site, Keepmoat Homes are delivering a 600 home residential scheme.
